Customer revenue and usage reporting involves documenting and analyzing data related to the revenue generated by individual customers and their usage of products or services within a business or organization. This reporting process includes tracking information such as customer purchases, transaction amounts, frequency of purchases, and any additional services or features utilized by customers. Customer revenue and usage reporting helps businesses understand the value of each customer, identify high-value customers, track customer behavior trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue. To see reporting: 1. Go to ***Sales & Marketing*** in the left side panel. 2. Click on ***Customer (CRM)***. 3. Click ***Reports*** in the navigation bar. 4.
