First step, you will have to select and create the color´s groups, next these color groups will be assigned to events.
1. At the top of the screen, on the right side click on the Gear Icon
2. Select Event Color Definitions
3. You can either select an existing record or create a new one by clicking on New Entry:
4. In the next window, you just need to click on the wanted colors, we have color 1, 2 and 3, so you need to choose a color for each of these options:
5. Once you click on save & close, the system will populate the name of the group, as you can see in the image below:
Second Part: Event Color Assignment, on this part you will assign the colors previously created to the events:
1. On the left side panel, go to Production
2. Click on Kitchen Management
3. Select Event Color Assignment
4. Look for the event and click on the pen icon
5. Click on the Primary color drop-down, the system will display the colors created and you just need to select the color group:
7.Once you have completed the color´s assignment, the system will apply the changes, and the event will look like the image below:
