Change Orders by Equipment Change Date Time Reporting
This section refers to the process of documenting and tracking changes made to equipment orders based on changes in the date and time of equipment usage or delivery for catering events. This reporting system helps caterers manage modifications to equipment requirements, such as additions, removals, or adjustments to quantities, in response to shifts in event schedules or client preferences. It ensures accurate planning, allocation, and fulfillment of equipment needs to support successful event execution.
The reports for Change Orders within a specified date range will be displayed.
1. Select start date.
2. Select finish date.
3. Select the type of report.
4. Click on the "Refresh" button.
