Enhancements:
1. Enabling 25Live Service through AppSetting and enable Credentials setup:
A new setting, Enable25LiveImportServices, has been added to control the visibility of 25Live integration features. When enabled, administrators can access 25Live import and setup options, including a new 25Live entry in the Integrations Setup section of the Setup Client window to configure credentials. When disabled or not configured, all 25Live-related options remain hidden. Changes to this setting take effect automatically, with no additional configuration required.
1. At the top of the screen, click on the Gear Icon
2. Click on Appsettings
3. In the search bar, type in Enable25LiveImportServices
4. Set the Value to Yes

6. Navigate to the second page, select Setup Client
7. At the bottom, choose the Application Integration Set Up, click on the Key Icon and enter the business information
2. Importing 25Live Spaces / Off-Premise Venues:
Administrators can now import Spaces from 25Live into Off-Premise Venues. This enhancement enables venue information from 25Live to be synchronized with Elecate, ensuring that events associated with those spaces can be imported and managed successfully.
1. On the left side panel, go to Sales & Marketing
2. Click on Event Venue Management
3. Select Off-Premise Locations All Cost Centers - All Status
4. From the New Entry Drop-domw Menu, click on Import 25Live Spaces
3. Importing 25Live Organizations:
Administrators can now import Organizations from 25Live into Elecate. This enhancement ensures that organization records are available in the system, allowing events associated with those organizations to be imported and managed successfully.
1. On the left side panel, click on Sales & Marketing
2. Select Customer (CRM)
3. Choose Organization Management
4. Click on Organization Management again
5. From the New Entry drop down, select Import 25Live Orgs
4. Importing 25Live Contacts / Customers:
Administrators can now import Contacts from 25Live into the Customers module. This enhancement ensures that customer records are available in Elecate, allowing events associated with those contacts to be imported and managed successfully.

2. Select Customer (CRM)
3. Choose Customer Marketing
4. Click on Customer Sales and Marketing Management
5. From the New Entry drop down, select Import 25Live Orgs
5. Importing 25Live Event Types:
Administrators can now import Event Types from 25Live into Elecate. This enhancement ensures that event type records are available in the system, allowing events associated with those event types to be imported and processed successfully.
1. At the top of the screen, click on the Gear Icon
2. Select Financial Setup
3. Choose Create and Edit Event Types
5. From the New Entry drop down, select Import 25Live Orgs
